Hesselberg Maskin is now seeking, in collaboration with Randstad AB, a short-term planner for our operations in Aitik. An interesting and varied role with many different internal contacts, as well as contacts with our customer. Are you organized and like to stay one step ahead? Do you enjoy being the one who plans and organizes to ensure high quality in the work performed? Then you might be the right person for this role.

As a short-term planner, you will work very closely with long-term planners and also act as a deputy for that role during absence or vacation; you report to the site manager.

In this varied role, you will have tasks such as ordering spare parts and liaising with the warehouse to be informed about the availability of parts for planned work and overhauls. Other tasks include planning work and following up to ensure that quality and timelines are met; you will report status to both our internal organization and our customer. We see that you are a structured person who values order and clarity, combined with a good ability to collaborate. It is important that you have some form of relevant work experience and thus an understanding of how service/repair work is carried out and a basic knowledge of spare parts.

Responsibilities

• Continuous customer and supplier contact
• Plan upcoming work
• Order spare parts and inventory
• In collaboration with shift leaders and admin, ensure that parts, personnel resources, and documentation are ready for planned work
• Ensure that timelines in work are followed, and that quality levels are satisfactory
• Lead planned overhauls
• Maintain daily contact with both our warehouse and our customer's warehouse regarding the status of spare parts

Qualifications

REQUIREMENTS:

• Relevant industry experience, spare parts
• Experience with customer contact
• Good system and computer skills
• Good knowledge of Swedish
• Good knowledge of English
• Driver's license B

PREFERABLE:

• Experience in planning work
• Technical interest, preferably having worked as a mechanic or tinkering in your spare time
